Aerial Fly – Increase flexibility and build tone and muscle control in this fun and playful class. Enjoy stretching, balancing and benefits of basic inversions in the comfort of 100% pure Aerial Silk fabric. Complete the class with a Blissful Savasana. Arrive 10 minutes before class starts to adjust the hammock to your height. Beginners welcome, bring your yoga mat!

Aerial Float – Enjoy gentle stretching, relieve stress and release compression in your spine, neck and pelvis in this gentle, restorative/yin style of hammock yoga. In this blissful class, the hammocks are suspended 1ft from the floor to allow for maximum ease and simplicity. No experience necessary! Bring your yoga mat!

Aerial Flow – Flow through a smooth sequence of inversions and core-controlled movements.  This is an intermediate level class, aerial experience is required.


Aerial For Teens (Ages 11-14)

Join us for a session based program aimed to inspire and elevate our youth! Aerial Yoga for Teens is a fun, uplifting class that is a mix of aerial and partner yoga!  We learn playful poses, practice breathing and meditation, and make new friends! Everyone is welcome!

Aerial Requirements: To participate in Aerial yoga, yoga pants or shorts with no zippers or buttons must be worn, as well as a t-shirt (must fully cover armpits) or long sleeve (no tank tops). All jewelry – especially rings, watches and bracelets, and bobby pins or hair clips must be removed for class. Please refrain from using excessive oil or lotion on your skin in the hours before class. This is to protect the quality of the hammocks and to respect others who will also use them, no exceptions can be made. Failure to comply will result in denied participation. Aerial Yoga involves inversions (Aerial Float does not) – If you have high or low blood pressure, glaucoma, are pregnant, or your doctor has recommended you to not practice inversions, this class is not for you.
