CE Training Cancellation Policy

course payment and cancellation policy

Full tuition is due at least two weeks prior to training start date.
$200 non-refundable deposit is included in total tuition.
If cancelled, the deposit will be available for 2 years from purchase date to be used towards another training or course. If it is not used within 2 years the deposit is forfeited.
Cancellations made more than two weeks prior to training will receive a full refund (minus deposit).
Cancellations made more than one week prior to training will receive a 50% refund (minus deposit).
No refund will be given less than one week before training begins.
If circumstances arise that prevent us from delivering our program, you will be refunded full payment including deposit.
Refunds may take up to one month to process.
