Class cancellation policy


  • Cancel your booking on WellnessLiving Achieve app at least 2 hours before class begins and your booking can be used at a later time without penalty.
  • A No-Show will be charged as a regular class. Members and Unlimited Pass holders will be charged a $10 Late Cancellation fee.
  • All Sales are Final and passes cannot be refunded or transferred to another person.

A One-Day, Hands-On Energy Healing Workshop

Have you ever felt like certain emotions or patterns keep repeatingโ€”no matter how much you try to move forward?

Integrated Energy Therapyยฎ (IET)ยฎ offers a gentle, structured way to release those patterns from the body and energy fieldโ€”so you can experience more ease, clarity, and emotional freedom.

This 8-hour, in-person training is designed for beginners. No prior experience with energy work is needed.

Release & Receive: Full Body Reset with Barb

Release & Receive: A Full Body Reset is a yin and fascia release experience, guided by Barb, designed to take you on a journey from feet to head through slow, supported movement and intentional rest.

Begin by settling into stillness with gentle breath work, allowing the body to arrive and the nervous system to soften.

From there, move into the lower body, starting at the feet with tennis ball release and gradually opening through the calves, hamstrings, inner thighs and hips. Long-held, supported shapes encourage deep release and ease.

A quiet integration pause follows, with herbal tea and space to rest, reflect or simply be. Optional journaling prompts will be available for those who wish to turn inward and absorb the practice.

The second half of the workshop focuses on the upper body, including the spine, shoulders, neck and arms. Through supported stretching and gentle release techniques, create space and reliefโ€”particularly through areas that commonly hold tension.

Close with an extended, fully supported savasana, with optional light oil. Soft sound, including chimes or bowls, is offered to support deep relaxation and integration.

This is a complete, full body practice designed to support release, restoration and nervous system regulation.

Come as you are, and give yourself the space to soften, release and receive.

2026 Canadian Kirtan Tour: Kirtan & Bhakti Yoga with Shell and Anton
6:00-8:00pm Sunday May 31

Kirtan is a simple, joyful form of group meditation that blends live music with call-and-response chanting. You donโ€™t need any singing experience, just a willingness to listen, repeat, and be part of the shared sound. Thereโ€™s no pressure to perform. We repeat the mantras to express, not to impress.

With the musical guidance of harmonium and drum, Shell & Anton will lead us through each mantra at a relaxed pace. Theyโ€™ll share short stories and clear explanations so you can understand the meaning and intention behind what youโ€™re chanting. Youโ€™re always welcome to join in, listen quietly, dance, or simply soak in the atmosphere.

Whether youโ€™re completely new to Kirtan or returning to a beloved practice, this is a space to unwind, connect, and experience the calming, uplifting power of chanting together. Come as you are โ€“ your voice and your presence are enough.

From Overwhelm To Regulation: A Sensory Meditation Workshop with Justin

 This 90-minute guided sensory meditation workshop invites you to slow down, settle in, and gently explore your senses. Whether youโ€™re completely new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this class offers a calm and supportive space to turn inward while expanding your awareness of both self and environment.

Together, weโ€™ll move through grounding techniques, breath awareness, quiet moments of stillness, and a guided exploration of sensory experiencesโ€”including visual, auditory, olfactory, gustatory, proprioceptive, and vestibular input. This session is designed as a light, curious journey through all eight senses, helping you feel more present in your body, mind, and immediate surroundings. No experience is needed, just curiosity and a willingness to explore.
