Class cancellation policy


  • Cancel your booking on WellnessLiving Achieve app at least 2 hours before class begins and your booking can be used at a later time without penalty.
  • A No-Show will be charged as a regular class. Members and Unlimited Pass holders will be charged a $10 Late Cancellation fee.
  • All Sales are Final and passes cannot be refunded or transferred to another person.

From Overwhelm To Regulation: A Sensory Meditation Workshop with Justin

 This 90-minute guided sensory meditation workshop invites you to slow down, settle in, and gently explore your senses. Whether youโ€™re completely new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this class offers a calm and supportive space to turn inward while expanding your awareness of both self and environment.

Together, weโ€™ll move through grounding techniques, breath awareness, quiet moments of stillness, and a guided exploration of sensory experiencesโ€”including visual, auditory, olfactory, gustatory, proprioceptive, and vestibular input. This session is designed as a light, curious journey through all eight senses, helping you feel more present in your body, mind, and immediate surroundings. No experience is needed, just curiosity and a willingness to explore.

The real work is consciously reinforcing what serves our highest good. Through consistency, commitment, and repetition, a new way of being becomes embodied. Over time, what was once intentional becomes natural. The nervous system learns it. The body learns it. Peace becomes cellular memory.

The Intermediate Level of Integrated Energy Therapyยฎ (IET) helps you work directly with the deeper layers where these patterns live.

The Healer Within with Teresa Roulette

The Healer Within: An Interactive Workshop

Participants will work in pairs to both give and receive while learning techniques that can be used for self-care and to support others.

During this workshop you will learn to:

– Activate acupressure points that support nervous system relaxation
– Use simple energy techniques to calm the body and mind
– Apply these techniques for yourself and others
