A playful and engaging introduction to yoga and mindfulness, designed just for kids!

In these fun, movement-based classes, children explore yoga poses, breathing techniques and relaxation through storytelling, music and imaginative journeys.

Each class features a unique and creative activity that ties into the theme of the day.

Story Flow Yoga

Welcome to Story Flow – where imagination guides the flow!

Story Flow is a creative yoga class for children ages 3–9 that blends movement, imagination and mindfulness.

Each class is built around a unique theme—like camping, bees, or the ocean—and invites children to explore yoga poses, breath work and calming techniques through guided storytelling or thematic play. We finish with a simple activity, such as a craft or sensory experience, to reflect on the theme and build connection.

Led in a safe and encouraging environment, Story Flow nurtures growing bodies and minds, giving kids the tools to move, breathe and thrive – both on and off the mat.

Parents are welcome to attend with their children at no cost. No previous experience is needed!

Yoga At The Zoo
10:00am-12:00pm Thursday July 2

Join Louise for a wildly fun adventure at the zoo!

In this special Yoga at the Zoo class, children will move, stretch and imagine their way through a lively zoo-themed yoga story.

The class also includes a joyful movement break where students dance to music filled with animal sounds and revisit their favourite poses from the story.

We’ll finish with a calming relaxation, inviting children to rest and imagine the zoo settling down after a busy day, followed by an activity to help them connect with the experience.

This class blends movement, imagination, mindfulness and fun, making it perfect for young yogis who love animals and creative play.

Parents and carers can attend at no additional cost, or you may choose to drop-off and pick-up.

Passes expire 1 year from purchase. All sales are final and cannot be shared or transferred to another person.

Registration

Classes may include crafts or games, so advance registration helps our teachers prepare materials for class, therefore class registration for our 4:30pm Story Flow classes closes at 12:00 pm on the day of class.

The studio is open 30 minutes before and 15 minutes after any scheduled class.
